Searchability® in Sydney's central CBD is seeking a hands-on Performance Media Specialist to own and scale paid search campaigns for a globally recognised brand. You’ll drive strategy, budgets, optimisation and performance, shaping traffic and revenue across high‑volume campaigns end‑to‑end.
Collaborating with the wider ecommerce and marketing teams, you’ll translate commercial priorities into high‑performing campaigns, experiment with new formats, and use data and analytics (GA4, Looker Studio)
We’re a globally recognised brand with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand and an ambitious digital growth strategy. With a focus on innovation, customer experience and eCommerce, we’re continuing to invest in our digital capabilities and build high-performing teams across the region. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, commercially focused environment where digital performance is a key driver of growth and there’s plenty of scope to make an impact.
This is a genuinely hands‑on role where you’ll have the opportunity to own and shape paid search performance at scale. As the Performance Media Specialist, you’ll take the lead across paid search and shopping campaigns, with real ownership of strategy, budgets, optimisation and performance and a direct impact on traffic, revenue and growth. You’ll manage high-volume campaigns from end to end, using data, testing and commercial insight to continually find ways to improve performance. From campaign strategy and bid management through to audience targeting, product feeds and optimisation, you’ll be hands‑on in the platforms and have the freedom to test new ideas, challenge the status quo and push performance forward.
You’ll work closely with the wider eCommerce and marketing teams, turning commercial priorities and upcoming promotions into high-performing paid media campaigns. You’ll also use reporting and analytics to uncover opportunities, translate data into clear recommendations and influence decisions across the wider business.
A big part of the role will be staying ahead of what’s next, from new advertising formats and automation to emerging platform capabilities and evolving approaches to performance marketing. If you’re someone who enjoys being close to the data, testing what works and seeing a direct commercial impact from your work, this is a role where you’ll have plenty of scope to make your mark.
