Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to steer our digital marketing program across website management, CMS, SEO and acquisition campaigns.

In this senior role, you’ll partner with the Head of Marketing to set strategy, drive performance and deliver seamless digital experiences that engage families and support growth across one of Australia’s most recognised early learning brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Goodstart's digital marketing strategy annual program of work.
• Manage Goodstart’s websites, CMS, content updates and monthly releases.
• Manage website enhancements and projects from concept through to testing and deployment.
• Improve website performance, user experience, accessibility and conversion rates.
• Using a range of techniques to drive qualified digital traffic, generate leads, and support customer acquisition – including SEO, SEM, Google tools.
• Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Use customer insights and analytics to continuously improve digital performance.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to align digital initiatives with organisational priorities.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships.
• Lead and develop team members to create a high-performing and collaborative culture.

Lead the delivery of Goodstart’s digital marketing strategy across our digital platforms, that enhances user online experience, drives engagement and helps drive growth across one of Australia's most recognised early learning brands.

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to lead our digital marketing program of work,that spans website management, conversion optimisation, digital experience design, and emerging technologies

In this senior leadership role, you'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop the digital marketing strategy, driving performance and continuous improvement of Goodstart's digital marketing ecosystem, including our websites, digital platforms, and acquisition campaigns. You'll work across the business to create seamless digital experiences that increase engagement, generate leads and connect families with our services

You’ll bring to the table:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience managing large-scale websites and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing and marketing automation.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Kentico, Optimizely or similar.
• Advanced experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker and digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors and budgets.
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience within Education or Not-for-Profit sectors will be highly regarded.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
• Willing to obtain a Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
