Job summary

Wotton Kearney invites applications for a Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, the role offers hybrid and flexible working options with broad exposure across digital marketing and internal communications.

You will work closely with the Content & Campaigns Manager and the wider BDM team to bring the WK brand to life through engaging campaigns and multimedia storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, communications or digital content is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across channels.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across email, website, social media and paid channels.
  • Support campaign planning, execution, optimisation and reporting.
  • Create, edit and publish content across internal and external channels.
  • Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate video production, recording, editing and publication.
  • Identify new ways to tell stories through digital content.
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve results.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, this newly created role offers the opportunity to build broad, hands‑on experience across digital marketing, content, communications and employee engagement. Working closely with our Content & Campaigns Manager and wider BDM team, you’ll help bring the WK brand to life through engaging campaigns, compelling content and meaningful communications.

From social media and digital campaigns to internal initiatives and multimedia storytelling, you’ll work across a diverse range of projects that support the firm’s growth, profile and culture. It’s a hands‑on role with plenty of variety, ownership and exposure, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who is curious, proactive and eager to grow their marketing career.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Coordinate and deliver digital marketing campaigns across email, website, social media and paid channels.
  • Support campaign planning, execution, optimisation and reporting.
  • Create, edit and publish content across internal and external channels.
  • Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate video production, recording, editing and publication.
  • Help identify new and creative ways to tell stories through digital and multimedia content.
  • Track campaign and channel performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments.
  • Work with stakeholders across the firm to support marketing, communications and profile‑raising initiatives.
