Job summary

Wotton Kearney in Melbourne is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join our Business Development & Marketing team. You will support key client relationships, work with partners to drive client growth and engagement, and turn client insights into actions that shape the client experience.

The role is based in Melbourne or Sydney, permanent full-time. Bring 2–5 years of client-facing experience and strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in a similar client-facing or growth-focused role.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work with data, insights and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and evolution of WK's Key Client Programme.
• Coordinate client planning activities, relationship reviews and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare client briefings, presentations and reporting materials.
• Analyse client engagement activity and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships.
• Develop and maintain relationship maps, stakeholder insights and client intelligence.
• Support client listening initiatives, including interviews, NPS programmes and relationship reviews.
• Translate client feedback into actions that enhance client experience and drive growth.
• Assist with client events, thought leadership initiatives, training programmes and other value-add activities.
• Partner with stakeholders across the firm to support strategic client growth and retention.

This newly created role is an opportunity to work alongside our partners and client relationship leaders on some of WK's most important client relationships. You'll help drive client engagement initiatives, support strategic growth plans and turn client insights into actions that strengthen partnerships and deliver meaningful outcomes.

This role is open to candidates who are Melbourne or Sydney based.

What you'll be doing:

About you:

You may already be working in business development, account management, client relationship management or marketing within a professional services environment and are looking to take the next step in your career.
