GP Advertising in Sydney is seeking a proactive digital campaigns assistant to join the team. You will support end-to-end management of digital campaigns, coordinate with clients, media publishers and internal teams, and contribute to reporting and analysis.

You will collaborate with our marketing and TV/Radio teams, stay ahead of industry trends, and help ensure timely delivery of campaigns while maintaining high-quality documentation and client relations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end‑to‑end digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship management with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Brief, manage, validate and report on digital campaigns across platforms.
• Oversee campaign implementation from bookings to asset sourcing.
• Coordinate with clients, media publishers and internal teams.
• Keep up to date with digital design trends and best practices.
• Maintain regular campaign reporting and analytics.
• Assist with media plans, evaluations and proposals.
• Handle invoicing, billing and account queries where necessary.
