Job summary

Digital Ninjas is seeking a motivated digital marketing professional to support paid media campaigns and client management from Sydney. You will collaborate with the analytics team to deliver client projects, monitor performance, and drive improvements across channels.

The role requires 1–4 years in digital marketing, with hands-on skills in paid media and SEO, and certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics. On-site work in Sydney is expected.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level and committed to ongoing learning in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
• Experience in paid media and/or SEO with ability to optimise campaigns.
• Certification in Google Ads, Bing Ads and Google Analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with the digital analytics team and ensure campaigns meet deadlines.
• Manage client goals, success metrics, marketing levers and competitive insights.
• Lead client meetings on topics such as ad grants, paid search and analytics.
• Hands-on review and optimisation of paid media campaigns and technologies.
