GP Advertising, located in Homebush West, is seeking a dedicated Full Time Advertising Admin and Reporting Coordinator. You will report to the General Manager and handle reporting for marketing and advertising, along with general admin duties that support the team.

Qualifications

• Entry level role reporting to the General Manager with responsibilities for marketing and advertising data analysis and general admin duties.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement system and process changes for analysis and reporting of data
• Analyse, maintain and present data from internal and external sources in a clear format
• Maintain budgets, forecasting, and production reporting
• Liaise with divisions up to General Manager level to provide marketing and advertising data
