Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking a Coordinator to manage campaign delivery across digital, performance and offline channels. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure assets are delivered smoothly and campaigns run as booked.

Responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, supporting both digital and traditional media efforts, and handling administration tasks such as budgets and invoicing. An understanding of the Australian media landscape is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Preferably a University degree or higher education qualifications
• Basic understanding and working knowledge of the Australian media landscape
• Experience across Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Campaign Implementation: smooth delivery of assets by pulling specs with activations team and publishers
• Digital Media: assess responses, provide feedback to partners and help build client recommendations
• Traditional Media: handle media responses with trading team and partner relationships
• Administration: ensure monthly budgets and invoicing deadlines are met
