Acknowledge Education Pty Ltd in Melbourne seeks an eLearning Engagement & IT Support Officer to join our national eLearning team. You will provide frontline support for Moodle, RTO Manager, and classroom technologies, ensuring staff and students can access digital learning tools smoothly.

Reporting to the eLearning Design Manager, you will configure courses, issue resolutions, and collaborate with academic staff, student services, and IT.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT/IM qualifications.
• Experience administering Moodle.
• Experience using and supporting RTO Manager.
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across learning platforms and classroom tech.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current Employee Working with Children Card.
• Experience with data, reporting, and analytics including Power BI.
• Experience in higher education or related environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide real-time support to academic staff using Moodle, RTO Manager, and classroom technologies.
• Assist students with LMS access and digital learning resources.
• Maintain student results in the Student Management System and ensure accuracy.
• Manage support requests via Jira and escalate when needed.
• Prepare Moodle courses for new teaching periods with materials and settings.
• Support student records and enrolment activities in RTO Manager.
• Troubleshoot LMS, SMS, and classroom tech issues to minimise disruption.
• Run staff development workshops with the eLearning team.
• Support integration of learning systems across the organisation.
• Gather feedback to improve systems and user experiences.
• Collaborate with academic, operational, compliance, and support teams.
