Job summary

Chisholm Institute of TAFE in Cranbourne, VIC, seeks an experienced Education Systems Administrator to join the Learning Design and Technologies team. The role focuses on expert management of the myChisholm LMS and Moodle environments, with emphasis on architecture, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will support enterprise LMS platforms, drive system enhancements, and collaborate with ITS and stakeholders to align technology with educational and regulatory priorities.

Qualifications

• Moodle LMS administration experience in a large education environment.
• Moodle Academy certifications: Admin Basics, Admin Skills, Developer Basics, Developer Skills.
• Degree or diploma in IT, information systems, or educational technology.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and system automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical advice for myChisholm LMS and related learning systems.
• Contribute to roadmaps for LMS architecture, integrations, and automation.
• Administer and optimise myChisholm LMS at site, category, course and workflow level.
• Lead testing and evaluation of Moodle plugins and features before release.
• Design and prototype AI-enabled workflows using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
