Job summary

Kingpin Bowling is seeking a Marketing Executive - Digital Guest Journey to shape and optimise the end-to-end guest experience across digital channels. This role blends creativity, data, and technology to drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.

You'll report to the Marketing Manager and lead targeted campaigns, CMS updates, and personalised guest communications to maximise lifetime value across email, SMS, and online touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing or content management.
• Experience managing website CMS platforms and email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS and customer journey platforms.
• Manage website content and CMS updates to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.
• Drive guest engagement through personalised lifecycle and loyalty communications.
• Support website optimisation initiatives, including SEO, CRO and guest journey enhancements.
• Monitor campaign and website performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering digital marketing campaigns, managing guest lifecycle communications and enhancing the online guest experience. From email and SMS campaigns to website optimisation and loyalty communications, you'll help create meaningful guest journeys that strengthen engagement and maximise lifetime value.

• 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing or content management.
• Experience managing website CMS platforms and email marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of digital marketing technologies, including CRM, guest journeys, SEO, analytics and personalisation tools.
• Strong communication, organisational and project management skills.
• A passion for guest experience and data-driven marketing.
