Zurich Cover-More is seeking a data-driven Digital Growth Lead to optimise the customer journey across web and mobile, driving conversion, retention and lifetime value. You will own an evidence-led optimisation program, using analytics, experimentation and commercial data to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results, partnering with Product and Technology teams to deliver digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical approach to influence decisions.
• Experience leading experimentation and optimisation initiatives.
• Clear commercial focus with ability to translate insights into value.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, travel or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital growth strategies across web and mobile channels.
• Lead customer journey optimisation and A/B testing programs.
• Use analytics and insights to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to deliver initiatives.
• Build business cases and measure outcomes against commercial objectives.
• Support AI-driven capabilities including search, personalisation and discovery.
