Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking a data-driven Digital Growth Lead to optimise the customer journey across web and mobile, driving conversion, retention and lifetime value. You will own an evidence-led optimisation program, using analytics, experimentation and commercial data to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results, partnering with Product and Technology teams to deliver digital initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

Drive profitable digital growth across a leading distribution brand, helping customers seamlessly move through the purchase journey while improving conversion, retention and lifetime value.

You’ll own an evidence-led optimisation program, using analytics, experimentation, customer insights and commercial data to identify opportunities, validate improvements and deliver measurable results.

• Drive digital growth strategies that improve conversion, revenue and customer outcomes
• Lead customer journey optimisation across web and mobile channels
• Design and execute A/B testing and experimentation programs
• Use analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform decisions
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to deliver digital initiatives
• Build business cases and measure outcomes against commercial objectives
• Support AI-driven capabilities including search, personalisation and digital discovery
• Engage and influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
• Experience leading experimentation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex problems into practical solutions
• Experience within insurance, financial services, travel or another regulated industry is highly regarded.
