What We're Looking For

This role provides functional and application support for Körber WMS across warehouse operations, with a strong focus on incident resolution, production stability, and interface monitoring. The consultant will troubleshoot WMS issues, analyze data and integration failures, and support configuration, testing, and deployment activities that keep inbound, outbound, inventory, and shipping processes running smoothly. The position is suited to an experienced support professional who can work across business users, technical teams, and vendors to improve warehouse system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Körber WMS operations to resolve incidents and service requests quickly, reduce warehouse disruption, and maintain SLA performance.
• Monitor WMS interfaces, batch jobs, and transaction flows to detect failures early and preserve end-to-end warehouse process continuity.
• Investigate functional and technical issues using SQL, logs, and transaction data to accelerate root-cause analysis and prevent repeat incidents.
• Support integrations between Körber WMS and ERP, TMS, automation, and carrier systems to improve data accuracy and operational reliability.
• Coordinate configuration changes, testing cycles, and production validation to ensure releases are stable and business-ready before deployment.
• Document SOPs, functional notes, and knowledge base articles to improve support handover quality and reduce dependency on individual experts.
• Partner with warehouse users, vendors, and technical teams to resolve recurring issues and identify process improvements that increase operational efficiency.
