Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking a WMS Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues promptly, minimizing downtime. The role emphasizes system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance for optimal performance, with Körber Warehouse Advantage experience preferred.

You will drive integration and data management between Körber WMS and ERP/TMS, monitor data flows, ensure accurate inventory records, and develop documentation, SOPs, and support processes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in WMS support, Körber Warehouse Advantage preferred.
• Experience with system integrations (ERP) and warehouse workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting, or related database query tools.
• Knowledge of APIs and EDI for integrations.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
