Job summary

Officeworks Ltd is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to join the IT Supply Chain team, focusing on our Warehouse Management System (WMS) Koerber Warehouse Advantage (HighJump). You will work with warehouse operations, vendors, and IT to provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and drive system enhancements for improved warehouse performance.

You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the WMS meets business needs, with a hybrid work model typical for this

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience supporting and configuring Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience supporting Koerber Warehouse Advantage (HighJump) or a similar tier 1 WMS.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience delivering system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of system integrations and third-party applications.
• Intermediate–advanced SQL skills with inventory/operational data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for the WMS and related supply chain applications.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse performance.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to join our IT Supply Chain team, with a primary focus on supporting and enhancing our Warehouse Management System (WMS), Koerber Warehouse Advantage (HighJump).

Working closely with warehouse operations, business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams, you will provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, deliver system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse systems operate efficiently and continue to meet business needs.

About you

• 3+ years' experience supporting and configuring Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience providing support for Koerber Warehouse Advantage (HighJump) or a similar tier 1 WMS platform.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience delivering system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of system integrations and third-party applications.
• Intermediate-advanced SQL skills and experience working with inventory or operational data.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and operational teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Power BI and ITIL-based support environments would be advantageous.
• Exposure to SAP ERP logistics modules and supply chain applications would be highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
