• Monitor WMS interfaces, batch jobs, and transaction flows.
• Investigate issues using SQL, logs, and data to speed root-cause analysis.
• Support integrations between Körber WMS and ERP, TMS, and carrier systems.
• Coordinate configuration changes, testing cycles, and production validation.
• Document SOPs and knowledge base articles to improve handover quality.
• Collaborate with users, vendors, and technical teams to drive improvements.
