Job summary

NAB's Digital, Data & AI Graduate Program offers hands-on experience across Design, Digital, Data & Analytics, AI, and ECOM streams. Based in Melbourne and Sydney, you’ll rotate through multiple disciplines, receive structured training and mentoring, and work on meaningful projects that solve real customer problems.

The program starts in February 2028 and is designed to build technical capability and business understanding in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• During the program, you’ll rotate across specialist areas and work on a range of meaningful projects depending on your placement.
• Design rotations: Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes; support user research and co-design activities; contribute to end-to-end customer journeys.
• Digital rotations: Support digital delivery and stakeholder engagement; capture business requirements and contribute to solution design; represent the customer voice in product teams.
• Data & Analytics rotations: Apply analytics and modelling to business problems; support process improvement and decision-making; assist with data-driven insights and reporting.
• AI rotations: Support AI experiments and solution design; explore emerging technologies; contribute to responsible AI initiatives.
• ECOM rotations: Support digital onboarding solutions; help improve onboarding processes and data quality; contribute to simpler, more connected customer journeys.
