Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree completed in the past three years (2025, 2026 or 2027) or due to complete by program start.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to transformation initiatives that support strategic growth and performance.
• Help develop strategies that improve and digitise the customer experience.
• Work with product teams to analyse customer needs and market trends.
• Support the development of customer propositions and services.
• Help protect customers and colleagues by strengthening and automating controls.
• Support communication and engagement initiatives.
• Use data and analysis to identify opportunities and insights.
• Conduct research to build market and competitor understanding.
• Collaborate with teams across NAB to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
• Engage with customers and support the delivery of outstanding service at every interaction.
