NAB's Digital, Data & AI Graduate program invites recent graduates to work across Design, Digital, Data & Analytics and AI in Melbourne and Sydney. You'll gain hands-on experience, structured training and mentoring while tackling real customer problems.

You'll rotate through several streams, contribute to innovative projects and collaborate with leaders and specialists across NAB to build skills and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate or soon-to-be graduate with degree in a relevant field (completed or due by start).
• Interest in digital, data and AI.
• Willingness to work across Design, Digital, Data Analytics and AI streams.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Design, Digital, Data & Analytics, AI and ECOM streams.
• Work on real projects with structured training and mentoring.
• Collaborate with leaders and specialists across NAB to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
