NAB's Digital, Data & AI graduate program in Melbourne and Sydney offers hands-on experience across design, digital, data analytics and AI. You’ll rotate through streams, receive structured training, mentoring and real project exposure.

You will learn how NAB uses digital, data and AI to deliver smarter banking outcomes, work with leaders and specialists, and contribute to customer-focused solutions that shape future experiences.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree completed in the past three years or due to complete by program start.
• Curious about digital, data or AI.
• Able to work cross-functionally and collaborate.
• Strong learning mindset and adaptability.
• Clear communicator with teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across DD&A streams to work on real projects.
• Design rotations: create user flows, wireframes and prototypes; support user research.
• Digital rotations: support delivery, capture requirements and design solutions.
• Data & Analytics rotations: apply analytics and modelling to business problems.
• AI rotations: support experiments and explore emerging tech; contribute to responsible AI.
• ECOM rotations: assist onboarding improvements and data quality.
