Job summary

UNSW Kensington NSW is seeking a Digital Content Officer on a 6-month fixed term contract. This entry-level role is full-time (35 hours per week) with Level 5 remuneration from $92k plus 17% superannuation and leave loading, with hybrid flexible arrangements.

You will develop and refresh web content to support Societal Impact audiences, work within the Digital Experience Web & UX team, and collaborate across disciplines to improve user experience and digital performance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification with entry-level web content writing and publishing experience.
• Experience with digital content technologies and automation is desirable.
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager and related tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Participate fully within the Digital Experience team, delivering customer-focused service.
• Develop and publish web content improvements in line with brand standards.
• Support the Web Lead to deliver the digital content work plan and improve web performance.
