Job summary

Usa-Minimed Distribution Corp. 1018 is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our diabetes technology portfolio across the Melbourne region.

You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patients while managing territory strategies and meeting annual targets. The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in medical devices or pharma sales, with travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience within the Medical Device &/or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the Diabetes space.
• Sales experience &/or sales capability in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, or knowledge of account planning, territory management and forecasting in device industry.

Responsibilities

• Foster and develop partnerships with key health care professionals within the territory.
• Develop and maintain sound clinical knowledge of the diabetes product portfolio to educate stakeholders and support patient journeys with technology.
• Guide patients through the technology journey with education before sale, during sale, and after sale with effective follow-up.
• Achieve sales revenue and growth targets for the assigned territory.
• Lead, develop & manage territory strategy to meet quarterly and annual AOP targets.
• Identify new and existing business opportunities and develop creative solutions to overcome barriers and enable growth.
• Travel within the assigned region and other regions as required.
