Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Territory Manager for the Richmond, Victoria region to lead field-based sales of our diabetes technologies. You will partner with healthcare professionals, educate stakeholders on the portfolio, and support patients throughout their technology journey.

You will drive revenue by expanding opportunities, develop territory strategy to hit quarterly targets, and travel within Victoria as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in medical devices or pharma preferred.
• Proven sales experience and ability to drive revenue growth.
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge in diabetes.

Responsibilities

• Foster partnerships with health care professionals in the territory.
• Educate stakeholders on the diabetes product portfolio and technology journey.
• Guide patients through pre- and post-sale education to ensure an excellent patient experience.
• Achieve sales revenue and growth targets for the territory.
• Lead, develop & manage territory strategy to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Travel within the assigned region and other regions as required.
