Job summary

Housing Plus is seeking a maternity relief Case Worker for the Operation Courage (OPC) program based in Orange, NSW. The role is full-time, five days per week, under a Maximum Term Contract to 31 December 2027, delivering high-quality case management to support women and children at risk of homelessness due to domestic and family violence.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Community Services, ideally within the DFV Sector.
• Proven ability to professionally and sensitively deliver client services to clients experiencing emotional distress.
• Well-developed communication skills; demonstrated experience in identifying key stakeholders and establishing effective relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality case management to enable women and children at risk of homelessness due to DFV.
• Support tenancy sustainment or new tenancies by wrapping identified supports.
• Establish partnerships with stakeholders to facilitate effective service referrals and safe housing options.
