Job summary

Housing Plus seeks a Domestic & Family Violence Services Manager for Plus Community to lead strategic and operational DFV programs across NSW, including WDVCAS, SHLV and MBCP. You will drive safe, trauma-informed, evidence-based services for individuals, families and communities.

The role partners with the Executive Team to ensure service standards, workforce capability and stakeholder engagement, with travel to multiple sites across Orange, Bathurst, Dubbo or Mudgee.

Qualifications

• Experience in Domestic Violence and social services sector.
• Knowledge of dynamics and legal/social welfare consequences of domestic and family violence.
• Understanding of criminal justice responses to domestic violence, including ADVOs and related matters.
• Strong organisational, administrative and financial management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership to build and train diverse teams.
• Ability to develop service delivery strategies for diverse client groups.
• Ability to analyse data to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of Plus Community’s DFV service portfolio.
• Lead high-performing, trauma-informed, evidence-based services.
• Drive service excellence, governance, quality and compliance.
• Engage stakeholders and strengthen partnerships with other Housing Plus streams.
• Collaborate with Executive Team to ensure consistent service standards and growth.
• Oversee WHS requirements and safety for staff across multiple sites.
