Job summary

The University of Sydney invites applications for the Development Director at Darlington Campus. You will lead planning, structuring and delivery of complex property development projects across the University, providing strategic and governance leadership across a portfolio of capital and precinct projects.

You will combine commercial and financial management, stakeholder engagement, risk and WHS, and people leadership to maximise property value and deliver outcomes on time.

Qualifications

Proven ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for complex landholdings.
Experience with large capital works and infrastructure projects in a matrix environment.
Expertise in risk, compliance and governance across multi-stakeholder contexts.
Strong skills in strategy development, business cases and transformational projects.

Responsibilities
