The University of Sydney is seeking a School Manager located on the Darlington Campus to lead strategic and operational delivery across education, research, and external engagement. Reporting to the Faculty General Manager, you will manage infrastructure, budgets and staff to ensure high performance and compliance.

• Degree in business administration or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in managing budgets and financial plans
• Experience in business, infrastructure, operational and resource management
• Experience supporting teaching and research within a university context

• Partner with Head of School to set strategic priorities and ensure timetabled delivery
• Lead operational leadership across education, research, training and external engagement
• Oversee financial management, governance and internal controls for sustainable operations
• Drive continuous improvement of school systems, processes and service delivery
