Overview

The University of New England (UNE) is seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to join its Estate and Built Environment Directorate as Director, Capital Development. Based in Armidale and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role provides executive leadership of UNE’s Capital Works Program, Property Strategy, and Campus Development Strategy. It shapes the long-term vision for the University’s built environment and ensures campuses support excellence in learning, research, and community engagement.
