Job summary

Redpath Partners seeks a Senior Development Director to lead a landmark Sydney living sector-led precinct from inception through delivery. You will provide strategic leadership across the development lifecycle, guiding planning, design, commercial strategy and governance.

The role requires an accomplished Australian developer with experience across complex projects, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong strategic and commercial acumen.
• Extensive experience across planning, design, approvals, financial management and delivery.
• Sophisticated stakeholder management with government authorities, planning agencies and delivery partners.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development strategy for a landmark living sector-led precinct.
• Drive planning, design, approvals, commercial strategy and delivery outcomes across a project of significant scale and complexity.
• Provide leadership across feasibility, financial performance, programme, risk and governance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary consultant teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders across key project stages.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, planning agencies, delivery partners and executive stakeholders.
• Provide strategic reporting and commercial advice to executive leadership and governance groups.
• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing multidisciplinary development teams.
