Job description

Executive Right-Hand

Join the engine room of a fast-growing residential development business — part project

coordination, part executive support, all momentum.

Love variety, thrive on getting things done, and want a genuine front-row seat to how

residential communities actually get built? This could be the role you've been after.

Our client is a well-established Gold Coast property development company with more than four decades in

the business and a substantial pipeline of residential projects underway across South East Queensland.

They're growing quickly — and they need an equally fast-moving addition to the team.

This newly created role blends two worlds: property development coordination and high-level executive

support. You'll work directly alongside senior leadership, gaining genuine exposure to how developments

move from raw land to finished communities, while becoming the person the business quietly can't run

without. Expect autonomy, variety and a business that moves fast — the workload shifts by the week, and

that's exactly the appeal.

On the Development Side, You'll
  • Help coordinate residential projects from land acquisition right through to completion
  • Support feasibility studies, budgets, forecasts and reporting
  • Coordinate planners, engineers, architects, surveyors and contractors
  • Assist with development approvals and planning submissions
  • Prepare project reports, presentations and meeting papers
  • Track milestones, budgets, risks and timelines
  • Carry out market research and due diligence
  • Support sales, marketing and delivery activity
  • Act as the link between government authorities, consultants and service providers

Right now, a key part of the role is close coordination of a major residential community project currently in

delivery — think stakeholder communication, meeting follow-ups and keeping the documentation airtight.

On the Executive Side, You'll
  • Manage and triage inboxes for multiple senior leaders
  • Keep DocuSign workflows moving without a hitch
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel — flights, itineraries, check-ins and all the detail in
  • between
  • Book seminars, courses and professional development
  • Organise office supplies and manage deliveries
  • Jump in on the occasional errand to keep things ticking

As the business grows, there's real scope to take on more — from supporting private property portfolios to

backing additional team members and broader strategic projects.

About You
  • Highly organised, with a genuine eye for detail
  • Naturally proactive — you spot what needs doing before you're asked
  • Resourceful, tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems
  • Discreet, professional and someone people can rely on
  • A confident communicator, on paper and in person
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without missing a beat
  • Happy to flex your hours occasionally and take the odd call outside 9-to-5
You’ll Ideally Bring

similar

  • Experience in property development, project coordination, executive assistance or a related role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills — especially Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
  • A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Why Apply
  • Work side-by-side with experienced property development leaders
  • Get genuine exposure to a significant South East Queensland development pipeline
  • Contribute to projects that help shape real communities
  • Enjoy real variety and fast-tracked learning
  • Join a business with a strong track record and a clear growth trajectory
