It’s a diverse role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and wants to build something rather than simply step into a well-established process.

The Opportunity

As this is a brand-new position, you’ll have the opportunity to establish systems, processes and ways of working that will support the Directors and wider business.

Executive Support
  • Manage Directors’ diaries, meetings, correspondence and priorities
  • Prepare documents and coordinate follow-up actions
  • Improve systems and processes across the business
Marketing
  • Manage websites, social media and marketing content
  • Coordinate enquiries, campaigns and external marketing providers
  • Track leads and marketing performance
  • Manage initial client enquiries and support the wider client team
  • Develop knowledge of the building process and progressively take on client liaison responsibilities
People & HR Administration
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and employee administration
  • Maintain records and coordinate leave, training and compliance
  • Assist with employee queries and performance processes
Where the Role Can Take You

The role is expected to evolve significantly as you become established within the business.

Initially, the focus will be weighted towards executive support and digital marketing, with HR and people responsibilities introduced progressively.

Long term, the position will develop towards a Client Liaison-focused role, with the potential to become the primary point of contact for clients throughout their building journey.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident, capable and enjoys being the person who keeps things organised and moving.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of the residential building industry
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Confidence working with digital marketing platforms, websites and social media
  • An understanding of Google Analytics and digital reporting
  • High levels of discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • The composure to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in learning the residential building industry

Previous experience in Executive Assistance, Personal Assistance, Marketing Coordination, Office Management, Client Liaison or a similar varied role would be highly regarded.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

This is more than an Executive Assistant position. It’s an opportunity to become a key person within a growing luxury building business, work directly alongside the Directors and develop a role that will evolve with you.

If you’re someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being trusted to get things done, this could be an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.
