Linfos Pty Ltd is seeking a Transport Coordinator at our Kemps Creek site to support day-to-day coordination of a high-volume transport operation. You will dispatch up to 100 loads per day, monitor deliveries, and respond to operational challenges to meet customer requirements.

Looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can prioritise, and build strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring safety and compliance with WHS standards.

Formación

• Previous experience in transport coordination, dispatch or scheduling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing operational demands.
• Experience using Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to transport regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous.

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities across a high-volume transport operation.

• Communicate delays and delivery updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Respond proactively to operational issues and last-minute changes.

• Complete shift handovers and operational reporting.

• Adhere to WHS policies and procedures.

What does the job look like?

Reporting to the Transport Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day coordination of a busy transport operation at our Kemps Creek site. Working in a fast-paced environment dispatching up to 100 loads per day, you'll be responsible for monitoring deliveries, responding to operational challenges and ensuring customer requirements are met safely and on time.

Key areas:

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities across a high-volume transport operation.
• Monitor deliveries and schedules to ensure service requirements are achieved.
• Communicate delays and delivery updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Respond proactively to operational issues and last-minute changes.
• Support load planning and resource allocation activities.
• Complete shift handovers and operational reporting.
• Build strong relationships with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Adhere to Linfox standards, policies and procedures, including the Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Management System.
