Job summary

Digital and Technology Solutions (DTS) requires a Desktop Support Officer to provide end‑user support and maintain ICT environments across Queensland. You will deploy and manage desktop hardware, software, and security, with emphasis on MECM, Intune, and video conferencing systems.

The role operates within a team of ICT specialists, delivering secure, scalable services and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and hardware
• Experience with Intune, MECM and ITSM (ServiceNow)
• Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN and WAN networking
• Familiarity with video conferencing systems and security controls

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support enterprise ICT environments across desktop and mobile devices
• Administer MECM, Intune, and security software on endpoints
• Support end-user platforms and manage network configurations
• Contribute to ITIL-based service management and deployments
