Job summary

Clicks IT Recruitment is seeking a Desktop Support Officer to join a large organisation in Brisbane CBD, with occasional travel to sites across South-East Queensland. You will be part of the Service Delivery Management team, supporting enterprise services in a Microsoft Windows and M365 environment.

You will install, maintain and support ICT environments, liaise with staff at all levels, and help deliver high-quality customer service within an ITIL framework.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical experience identifying, investigating and solving problems in a large and complex ICT environment.
• Proactive and self-directed, with a willingness to try new ways of working.
• Strong knowledge of desktop and mobile hardware, Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of enterprise networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and support enterprise ICT environments and systems across operating systems, Microsoft 365, and hardware/software.
• Support conferencing room hardware/software and enterprise end-user computing platforms (Configuration Manager, Intune).
• Utilise IT service management platforms including ServiceNow and maintain desktop security software.
• Carry out analytical and problem-solving activities within an ITIL-based framework.
• Support deployment of ICT hardware and software across the state.
• Consult and liaise with staff at all levels, providing expert infrastructure advice.
