You will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to employees, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems across the organization. Responsibilities include desktop support, hardware/software issue resolution, network connectivity setup, Active Directory management, software installations, and timely help desk response.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, technical support, and IT support principles.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
• Familiarity with Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
• Set up and troubleshoot network connectivity for desktops and laptops
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
• Assist with software installations and upgrades
• Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner and provide resolution or escalate as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference

Service Now Tool, Active Directory, SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager). Imaging / autopilot, Intune / iPhones, Office 365, Windows10 / 11, Video Conference room support. Printer Issues, Hardware Troubleshooting, Blue Screen Error / Hardware Issues, Encryption, Network Support.
