Job summary

NEX Building Group's MyChoice Design Studio in Newcastle offers an entry-level Receptionist role to warmly welcome clients and manage studio appointments with our interior design team. You will be the friendly first point of contact, helping schedule meetings and maintain a welcoming reception.

Daily duties include answering calls, connecting clients with designers, and providing general admin support to the studio.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and record keeping.
• Interest in design and home decorating.
• Barista experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients to the studio.
• Answer calls from clients and stakeholders.
• Serve as the connection between clients and design consultants.
• Manage and maintain the reception area.
• Provide general admin support to design consultants.
• Assist with events and meeting coordination.
