Job summary

CSR Limited’s Woven Image division is seeking a driven Account Manager to lead Sydney territory efforts, building relationships with architects and designers while expanding market share across NSW. You’ll manage projects from specification to delivery, deliver CPD sessions, and collaborate across teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural specification sales, with textiles, acoustic solutions or related products highly regarded.
• Strong network within Sydney architecture and design community, or ability to quickly develop one.
• Passion for design and sustainability with ability to influence specifiers through value-led conversations.
• Excellent presentation and communication; professional, confident and commercially astute.
• Self-motivated and highly organized; manage multiple projects from specification through to completion.
• CRM-savvy with pipeline management, forecasting and sales planning capabilities.
• Qualifications in architecture, design, business or related field are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Specifiers, Builders and End Users to drive product specification.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow market share in Sydney and NSW.
• Deliver Lunch & Learn sessions, CPDs, product presentations and design consultations.
• Stay up to date with design trends, sustainability initiatives and technical product knowledge.
• Manage an active project pipeline from specification to conversion and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and pipeline management.
• Represent Woven Image at industry events and design community initiatives.
