Job summary

Eco Outdoor Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to be the first point of contact for design clients in our Sydney showroom. You will help bring projects to life using our materials and build strong relationships with architects, designers, installers and end clients.

You will split time between client service and business development, working with a Business Development rep to service existing relationships and create opportunities. A permanent visa is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a relevant sales role.
• The ability to confidently manage client relationships and day-to-day enquiries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships.
• Good attention to detail in handling leads and managing projects from lead to delivery.
• An interest in architecture and design.
• Ambition to grow and develop existing client relationships through exceptional service and product counsel.

Responsibilities

• Gather information on prospective clients (company size, needs, opportunities).
• Understand client requirements with the Business Development rep and provide solutions.
• Provide after-sales support to retain customers.
• Give prompt and accurate answers to client queries.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Collaborate with Business Development to create customised sales plans for key clients.
• Promote new products/services to existing customers.
