Job summary

L’Oréal Australia & New Zealand is seeking a motivated Medical Field Manager to drive engagement with dermatologists and GPs across Melbourne. You will connect medical professionals with our dermatological brands and execute territory plans through a mix of face-to-face and digital engagements.

You will report to the Medical Field Manager, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the brand at medical events.

Qualifications

• Stakeholder and relationship management experience is essential.
• Commercial and customer-centric selling approach required.
• Clinical/therapeutic knowledge in dermatology is advantageous.
• CRM and data-driven reporting with Veeva experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with dermatologists and GPs; detail dermatological formulations and secure clinical recommendations.
• Develop and implement a territory business plan spanning Melbourne CBD and North West suburbs.
• Collaborate with Medical, Commercial and Marketing teams; log activity in Veeva CRM.
