Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a National Sales Manager for SkinCeuticals and Skinbetter Science in Melbourne. You will lead a national field team, drive a strategic sales program across top aesthetic clinics, and strengthen relationships with physicians and KOLs to boost patient outcomes and practice growth.

You will oversee training, develop account plans, and ensure successful go-to-market execution for new launches, while managing budgets and resources.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of field sales teams in medical/pharma/aesthetic sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management with medical professionals and KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a national team of Business Development Managers and In Clinic Coaches while driving clinical excellence.
• Formulate and execute a national sales strategy to expand market penetration in aesthetic clinics.
• Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and medical stakeholders to enhance brand credibility.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
• Oversee clinical training and education programs for teams and partner clinics.
• Develop tailored business plans for key accounts aligning brand value with practice goals.
• Manage go-to-market execution for product launches and marketing campaigns within budget.
