Job summary

Takeda is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to strengthen the medical affairs presence across Oceania, with primary coverage in Australia. The Dermatology expert will drive the Field Medical Plan, shape pre-launch strategy and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs.

The role involves extensive external engagement (≈80%) and regular travel across Australia and Oceania, with options based in Sydney or Brisbane.

Qualifications

• MSL experience in medical affairs or clinical research
• Strong dermatology knowledge is highly desirable
• Ability to translate science into actionable medical strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific engagement with KOLs and priority stakeholders
• Deliver evidence-based disease-state and on-label product discussions
• Develop stakeholder and account plans with KPIs and actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across local, regional and global levels
• Support advisory boards, medical education and peer-to-peer activities
