You will lead stock, merchandising standards, and promotional campaigns while developing your team and delivering sales targets in a high-volume store setting.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations.
• Monitor stock recovery in your department.
• Achieve sales growth and KPI targets.
• Lead team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Execute department visual merchandising and standards.
• Launch and plan catalogue campaigns.
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit.
