Spotlight is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily operations across our Australasian craft, fabric and home interior superstores. You will drive sales, manage stock, and oversee VM standards to ensure a premier customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong retail leadership, hands-on merchandising skills, and a proactive, owner’s mindset to deliver exceptional results within a high-volume environment.

Formación

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Owner's mindset for your department.
• Passionate attitude that inspires your team.
• Resilient and innovative problem solver.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations.
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department.
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets.
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead by example in all areas.
• High volume stock management.
• Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards.
• Launching and planning catalogue campaigns.
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit.
