Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead our Service team, including click and collect, register and service desk, and special orders, guiding a 20+ strong team to deliver Best Experience.

You’ll drive daily operations, stock management, and safe, high‑performing store service, reporting to the Operations Manager and building strong supplier relationships. This role includes weekend shifts and public holidays, with a focus on safety and KPI achievement.

• Experience leading large retail service teams with a focus on safety and wellbeing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 20+ to deliver Best Experience and safe operations.
• Oversee daily store operations, service desk, click-and-collect and stock across your department.
• Drive merchandising, planning, and KPI performance to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
• Build team capability through coaching, performance conversations and recognition.
