Ideal candidates are friendly, well‑organised and capable of multitasking during a busy day, with a genuine interest in helping people. This casual role offers variety, weekdays and Saturdays with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous reception, customer service or administration experience.
• Friendly and confident communication style.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in busy periods.
• Confidence speaking with a wide range of patients.
• Professional and approachable manner.
• Genuine interest in helping people.
• Dental or medical reception experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm first impression.
• Managing appointment bookings and keeping the diary organised.
• Answering calls and helping patients with enquiries.
• Processing payments, health fund claims and general reception administration.
• Keeping patient information accurate and up to date.
• Supporting the dental team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Helping the reception area stay organised and welcoming.
• Working with the wider team to keep the day running smoothly.
