Job summary

Dental as Anything on the Gold Coast is looking for an engaged dental admin to join our friendly team. You’ll help keep the practice running smoothly, greet patients, manage bookings and patient records with care.

We value attitude and follow-through over a perfect CV; previous dental admin experience is strongly preferred. This is a five-day role with predictable shifts that support energy and consistency.

Dental as Anything isn't for everyone. Like Vegemite, we have a particular flavour — and the people who love working here really love it. The people who don't, don't stay long. We're fine with that. We'd rather you know now.

Our admin team is the connective tissue of the practice. Not "front desk" — the people who notice what's needed before they're asked, who keep the systems running so the room stays calm, and who genuinely enjoy getting to know our patients.

You'll fit if:

You notice gaps and close them without being told

You bring energy to a conversation and mean it

You show up — not just physically, but with the same steadiness on day five as day one

On experience:

We strongly prefer candidates with previous dental admin experience. It's not a box-ticking thing — it means you're not learning the language of the practice and the rhythm of the role at the same time, so you get to feel capable and satisfied in the job much sooner. Attitude and follow-through still matter more than a perfect CV — but if you've got both, you'll have a real head start.

The rhythm:

This is a 5-day role because our energy is cumulative, not something you can catch up on.
