National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic 2IC (Second in Charge) for Port Kennedy Central Dental Care to support daily operations and lead the team alongside the Practice Manager.

You will blend leadership, front reception, dental assisting, and administrative duties while delivering a high standard of patient care in a busy, modern practice with access to advanced dental technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within the dental industry.
• Experience in Front Reception and Dental Assisting.
• Experience using Dental4Windows (D4W).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Support the Practice Manager in day-to-day operations and lead the team.
• Provide training, coaching and feedback to team members.
• Act as the Practice Manager’s delegate in their absence.
• Assist with rostering, administration, reporting, and planning.
• Monitor adherence to practice policies and service standards.
• Oversee stock, equipment and resources to support operations.
• Deliver high standard of patient care and customer service.
• Manage reception operations including patient enquiries, bookings, and payments.
• Ensure clear communication between clinical and administrative teams.
