• Mentor dental assistants and reception staff to foster a high-performing team.
• Manage patient experience from arrival to departure with a welcoming, seamless journey.
• Optimize appointment scheduling to sustain high-volume efficiency while maintaining safety protocols.
• Assist with end-of-day reconciliation, invoicing, and basic reporting.
