Bupa Dental Blacktown is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to support and coach the reception team, coordinate daily front office operations, and be the friendly first contact for patients at Westpoint Shopping Centre, Blacktown. The role requires 3+ years of front office coordination experience (preferably in a dental practice), strong leadership, and excellent customer service.

• Ideally three or more years’ experience in front office coordination, preferable within a dental practice.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate daily front office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to best practice standards and procedures.
• Experience guiding and developing a reception team, including coaching, training, and supporting recruitment and performance processes.
• Confidence in tracking key practice metrics, managing patient feedback and complaints professionally, and driving continuous improvements to enhance the patient experience.
• A strong customer service background (dental or allied health experience desirable), with excellent organisational, communication, and computer skills, and the ability to use initiative and sound judgment.
• A positive attitude, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
